New road shoes

Since the 90s I have been wearing Northwave shoes on the road bike - almost continuously (there were a couple of pairs of Gaerne in there). During that period, they’ve always been hard to get in Australia (well at least in Canberra) meaning I have purchased most of them remotely (mail order, through friends, and on vacation overseas).
