A schism in the making…?

Triathlon and cycling have taken turns borrowing from each other. With the direction the UCI seems to be taking the rules now, it looks quite likely that tri-bikes and TT bikes will become distinct entities.
I have another little tirade at the problems I see in the UCI rules, and suggest a practical way to prevent these problems from having occurred in the first place.
